We are looking for someone with first class customer service skills to join our customer service team based in Poole, covering our phone lines and travel shop.
This is a busy environment with people making enquiries over the phone and online as well as buying tickets for bus and coach travel.
Email and social media are widely used, so you will need to have experience of corresponding via these methods.
